Product Overview

This product line covers tubular sheathed immersion heaters used to heat liquids, fluid  directly inside tanks, vessels, and pipelines. Each heater consists of a bundle of hairpin-bent tubular heating elements attached to a mounting base, which can be a round flange, screw plug (threaded boss), or a customized shape such as square or triangular. The heater is inserted through an opening in the tank or vessel wall so the tube bundle sits inside the liquid ,fluid  being heated, while the terminal end remains outside for electrical connection.

Tube material, tube count, flange or thread size, voltage, and wattage can all be customized according to the customer's tank design and heating requirements.

Mounting Types

Two main mounting styles are available:

•     Flange Mount - the tube bundle is welded or brazed to a round, square, triangular, or custom-shaped flange, which is bolted to a matching flange on the tank or vessel. Suitable for medium to large tanks and pressure vessels.

•     Screw Plug Mount - the tube bundle is fitted into a threaded brass or stainless steel boss, which screws directly into a threaded coupling on the tank. Suitable for smaller tanks and compact vessels where a bolted flange connection is not practical.

Both mounting types use the same internal tubular heating elements and differ only in how the heater attaches to the vessel, so the same core element design can serve either connection style.

Tube (Sheath) Material Options

•     Stainless Steel (304 / 316L/321) - general purpose, food-grade compatible, suitable for water, mild chemicals, and most process liquids.

•     Copper - excellent thermal conductivity and lower cost, suitable for clean water and non-corrosive, non-chlorinated liquids. General the copper heating elements are used for electric water heater ,non-food grade

•     Incoloy (800 / 840) - high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, suitable for higher-temperature liquids, thermal oils, and dry-fire-resistant applications.

•     Titanium - superior corrosion resistance, suitable for seawater, chlorinated water, and aggressive chemical solutions.

                  It has good performance for anti-corrosion

In addition to standard round flanges (NPS / BSP / DIN sizes) and screw plug thread connections, custom flange shapes are available, including square and triangular flanges, and custom bolt-hole patterns to match an existing vessel opening. This allows the heater to be supplied as a retrofit / OEM-compatible replacement for an existing installation.
