EPT's Aluminum Finned Heating element  (X-Shaped) is engineered with an aerodynamic X-fin structure, precisely calculated for optimal fin density and power distribution across the tube length.

Unlike traditional wound or strung wire heaters, this design uses a zero thermal gap structure, eliminating the heat degradation that occurs when wire is loosely wound or strung inside a tube. This results in near-100% electro-thermal efficiency, with no energy lost to light or kinetic waste.
